kidCare Month - EVC is now taking donations!

Our community is why EVC is here.  We are proud of our employees many of whom volunteer with local agencies.  Such is the case with Dr. Davidson who is a Rotary member.  kidCare was started by one of our former employees, Heather Anderson, when she saw a need in school as a teenager.  EVC is proud to be a drop off center if anyone would like to donate to this cause.  While March is the focus month, the box will be here all year long (unfortunately, it has to be behind the counter as some of our 4 legged patients like to "mark" things in the lobby)  If you would like to contribute please give donations to the CSRs and they'll be sure to place them in the box!

"This month the Rotary Interact Club is dedicating all of March as kidCARE month. We are asking businesses in the community to place boxes in their businesses for people to put donations. Donations include new, packaged socks, underwear and diapers. Every Tuesday and Friday of March Interact members will collect donations from all the businesses. Once collected donations will go to organizations such as the Living Well where families in need can collect the items. We also have contacts with Penn Yan and Dundee schools that notify us if there is a specific need for students."
